- We have no obligation to (a) keep Submissions confidential, (b) compensate you for Submissions or (c) respond to Submissions
- We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, edit or remove Submissions that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive or otherwise objectionable
7. Purchases and Payments
7.1 Digital Products
- All purchases are for digital content licenses
- Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD)
- Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe
- You will receive access to purchased content immediately upon successful payment
7.2 Refund Policy
- Digital content purchases are generally non-refundable due to the immediate access provided
- Refunds may be considered for technical issues preventing access
- Contact our support team (hello@thelearninghive.academy) within 7 days of purchase for refund requests
- We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis
7.3 Subscription Services
If applicable:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused subscription periods

These authorities provide the only official, up-to-date versions of publications, study designs and information about senior secondary certificates of education. All curriculum names, course titles and examination materials remain the property of their respective authorities.
